Whether your building is in central Stourbridge or on its edges towards Brierley Hill, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Regulations for glazed fire doors in West Midlands
Because Stourbridge is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of glazed fire doors in West Midlands
Budget around £950 to £1,700 per single doorset for glazed fire doors supplied and fitted in Stourbridge, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
