Glazed fire doors in Bearsden

Glazed fire doors in Bearsden: how we work

Getting glazed fire doors right in Bearsden means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.

Whether your building is in central Bearsden or on its edges towards Clydebank, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.

Which rules apply in Bearsden?

In Bearsden the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.

Glazed fire doors prices in Bearsden

Guide prices for glazed fire doors in Bearsden run from about £950 to £1,700 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.

We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
