Glazed fire doors in Newtownards

Glazed fire doors in Newtownards: how we work

For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Newtownards, we provide glazed fire doors with tested fire glass with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.

Where possible we combine Newtownards surveys with other visits in County Down, such as Bangor and Castlereagh, which helps keep survey dates flexible.

Questions about glazed fire doors in Newtownards

How quickly can you survey in Newtownards?

We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Newtownards visits with other work in County Down. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.

Can you work around tenants or staff in Newtownards?

Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.

Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Newtownards?

Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.

Is wired glass still used?

Rarely now. Modern clear fire-resistant glass gives much better visibility.
