Glazed fire doors in Newquay

Certified glazed fire doors for Newquay

For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Newquay, we provide glazed fire doors with tested fire glass with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.

Where possible we combine Newquay surveys with other visits in Cornwall, such as Truro and St Austell, which helps keep survey dates flexible.

Which rules apply in Newquay?

Because Newquay is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
