Flat Entrance Fire Doors in Chichester

Certified flat entrance fire doors for Chichester

We fit FD30S flat entrance doors for blocks of flats in Chichester and the rest of West Sussex. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.

Our West Sussex coverage includes Chichester and its neighbours Bognor Regis, Havant and Littlehampton; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

Which rules apply in Chichester?

In workplaces and the common parts of blocks of flats, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes the responsible person keep fire doors in working order, and in residential buildings with a storey above 11 metres regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 adds quarterly checks of communal doors and annual checks of flat entrance doors.
