Fire rated glazed screens in Dartford: how we work
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Dartford, we provide fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Whether your building is in central Dartford or on its edges towards Bexley, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
Which rules apply in Dartford?
Because Dartford is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Fire rated glazed screens prices in Dartford
Expect roughly £1,400–£4,500 per screen for fire rated glazed screens, fitted, ex VAT. Your Dartford quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.
