Fire door rules in Vale of Leven
In Vale of Leven the building standards come from the Scottish Technical Handbooks rather than Approved Document B, and existing non-domestic premises fall under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005. We specify doorsets against the Scottish requirements and your fire risk assessment.
What do fire rated glazed screens cost in Vale of Leven?
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Vale of Leven run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
