What the law says in Belper
In Belper, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.

Expect roughly £1,400–£4,500 per screen for fire rated glazed screens, fitted, ex VAT. Your Belper quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
