Your questions answered
How quickly can you survey in Brierley Hill?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Brierley Hill visits with other work in West Midlands. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
What does a Brierley Hill quote include?
Survey, certified doorset, ironmongery, installation, removal of old doors and a handover pack. VAT is added at the standard rate.
Can you work around tenants or staff in Brierley Hill?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Can a fire exit door be locked?
Not in a way that prevents instant exit without a key while the building is occupied. Panic and emergency exit hardware achieves security and escape together.
