Questions about fire exit doors in Craigavon

Is the survey in Craigavon free?

Yes. We measure and schedule your doors at no cost and send a fixed, itemised quote.

Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Craigavon?

Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.

Can you work around tenants or staff in Craigavon?

Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.

Do fire exit doors need to be fire doors?

Not always. It depends on the wall they sit in and nearby escape routes.
