Common questions in County Fermanagh

Do you remove the old doors?

Yes. Removal and disposal of the old door and frame is included when we replace a doorset.

Can you work around tenants or staff?

Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.

How quickly can you survey in County Fermanagh?

We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine visits with other work in County Fermanagh. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.

How many hinges does a fire door need?

Most timber fire doors need three hinges; heavier FD60 leaves often need four. The evidence decides.
