Our Chichester supply and fit service
Getting fire door installation right in Chichester means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.
Where possible we combine Chichester surveys with other visits in West Sussex, such as Bognor Regis and Havant, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Which rules apply in Chichester?
Because Chichester is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Fire door installation prices in Chichester
Guide prices for fire door installation in Chichester run from about £750 to £1,150 per FD30 doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
