Getting fire door installation fitted in Boston
Need fire door installation in Boston? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Lincolnshire, starting with a free measure survey in and around PE21. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Our Lincolnshire coverage includes Boston and its neighbours Spalding, Skegness and Wisbech; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
Which rules apply in Boston?
Fire doors in Boston sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
What do fire door installation cost in Boston?
Guide prices for fire door installation in Boston run from about £750 to £1,150 per FD30 doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
