Which rules apply in Shepherd's Bush?
In Shepherd's Bush, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Fire door installation prices in Shepherd's Bush
Expect roughly £750–£1,150 per FD30 doorset for fire door installation, fitted, ex VAT. Your Shepherd's Bush quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
