Certified double fire doors for Gravesend
Need double fire doors in Gravesend? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Kent, starting with a free measure survey in and around DA11. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Gravesend is about 14 miles from Maidstone; we cover both, along with Grays, Strood and South Ockendon.
Regulations for double fire doors in Kent
In Gravesend, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Cost of double fire doors in Kent
Guide prices for double fire doors in Gravesend run from about £1,600 to £3,400 per pair, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.

Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Gravesend?
