Composite fire doors in Warwick: how we work
Getting composite fire doors right in Warwick means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.
Warwick is about 17 miles from Nuneaton; we cover both, along with Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Fire door rules in Warwick
In Warwick, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Cost of composite fire doors in Warwickshire
Our guide price for composite fire doors in Warwick is £1,200 to £2,200 per door including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
