Composite fire doors in Nuneaton: how we work
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Nuneaton, we provide certified composite fire doors with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
We cover Nuneaton and the rest of Warwickshire, with surveys arranged around your building's access and occupancy.
Which rules apply in Nuneaton?
In Nuneaton, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Cost of composite fire doors in Warwickshire
Guide prices for composite fire doors in Nuneaton run from about £1,200 to £2,200 per door, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
