Your questions answered
How quickly can you survey in Smethwick?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Smethwick visits with other work in West Midlands. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Can you work around tenants or staff in Smethwick?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Smethwick?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Do office fire doors need vision panels?
Doors across corridors and doors that swing into circulation routes usually should, for safety and accessibility.
