Certified doorsets for Worcester
In Worcester we fit fire doors for freeholders, managing agents, landlords, businesses and homeowners. Each job starts with a free survey in WR1 and ends with a handover pack for your records.
Surveys in Worcester are booked around your access needs, and we cover the wider Worcestershire area too.
Regulations for FD30 fire doors in Worcestershire
In Worcester, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Worcestershire mixes Worcester's student and city-centre housing with Redditch's industry and Malvern's schools and care homes.
