Which rules apply in Dundee?
Scotland has its own system: new and replacement fire doors in Dundee are designed to the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and the Technical Handbooks (Section 2, Fire). For non-domestic premises, the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006 place duties on whoever controls the building.
Dundee's universities and regenerated waterfront create flat and student demand, with Angus towns adding schools and care settings.
