Acoustic fire doors in Wishaw: how we work
Getting acoustic fire doors right in Wishaw means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.
Where possible we combine Wishaw surveys with other visits in Lanarkshire, such as Motherwell and Hamilton, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
Regulations for acoustic fire doors in Lanarkshire
Scotland has its own system: new and replacement fire doors in Wishaw are designed to the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and the Technical Handbooks (Section 2, Fire). For non-domestic premises, the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006 place duties on whoever controls the building.
